Laundry Cottage, Bawdsey
The project involved the sympathetic conversion of a former laundry building on the Bawdsey estate. The original building dates to around the early twentieth century, built in a simple arts and craft style. The conversion retained the style and the simple form of the listed building.
Previously, the building had remained empty for fifteen years and the fabric was starting to deteriorate. The conversion ensured the building was repaired and re-furbished, securing its long term future.
