St. Edmund’s Place, Ipswich

This renovation and extension of a 1970s bungalow transforms the original structure into a modern, functional, and energy-efficient home. The project involved the complete renovation and updates of outdated interiors and improvements to insulation whilst preserving the bungalow’s single-story charm. The extension adds valuable living space,  incorporating contemporary design elements like large windows, open-plan layouts, and sustainable materials. The project aims to create a cohesive blend of old and new, enhancing natural light, flow, and connection to outdoor spaces while meeting modern living needs.
