Blue Cross, Wherstead
The charity needed to relocate from their previous site near Felixstowe to larger premises. Patrick Allen & Associates Ltd were appointed to design a new animal welfare centre in Wherstead, Ipswich. The buildings were designed to be functional and practical and includes kennels, cattery, admission area, isolation units, a main reception building and manager’s office.
The interior has a clean, fresh feel an is designed to be inviting to visitors. The Blue Cross re-homing centre opened in May 2016.
